Who doesn't love to say "garbanzo?" With a name like that, it's no wonder that chickpeas are kind of the superhero of the legume family. With their delicious earthiness and belly-satisfying density, garbanzos are a godsend to the hungry hippie gourmet. We puree part of ours for a creamy, consistent texture but keep some of them whole for that satisfying mouth pop. We also add grapeseed mayo, rasins, chopped celery, red onion, and a mix of spices for a tasty blend of flavors and textures worthy of the great garbanzo's name.
